Refund policy

Commissions:

  • If, for whatever reason, Drago cannot complete your commission, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you have paid a deposit for a more expensive commission, and you find yourself unhappy with the provided sketch and no longer wish to continue with the order, you will receive your deposit back in full. You cannot get your deposit back if you request the refund after you've already approved the sketch and Drago has continued with the order.
  • You cannot be refunded after the commission is complete and delivered to you.

Digital Products:

  • If there is a problem with your digital product and you are unable to use it, you will receive a full refund.
  • If your digital product does not get automatically delivered to you after purchase, you can receive a full refund.
  • You cannot be refunded if you have already made use of the product.

Physical Products:

  • For products Drago has made: you will receive a full refund for any issues, such as the item not being delivered or being broken.
  • For products manufactured by a third party (shirts, mugs, prints and other merchandise): refunds and returns depend on that company's policy.
