Terms of service

General

• Drago reserves the right to refuse any orders.
  • If it is felt a commission cannot be completed, the order will be refused. A reason does not have to be given.
• All work is protected under copyright. Distributing purchased products to individuals who have not purchased said product themselves is prohibited.
  
• Social media posts showing products from this store are allowed, as long as Drago is properly credited:
  • "Artwork by Drago Digital Studios"
• Reselling products from this store is prohibited.
• You cannot reproduce or edit products from this store for the purpose of reselling.
• You cannot take artwork from this store and feed it into Generative AI models.
  

Commissions

• Drago reserves the right to refuse any commissions.
• Sexual content or themes will not be accepted.
• Gore, such as blood or body horror, is allowed.
• Hateful themes, such as racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism etc will not be accepted.
• All commissions are for personal use only by default. A commercial fee must be paid to allow commercial use.
  
• Characters that are allowed:
  • An individual's original character (OC).
  • Fandom characters and characters from media (Drago has the right to refuse a commission based on the fandom).
